We monitor your orders many times throughout the day and will alert you if a shipping and/or stock situation occurs that will prohibit your order from shipping in 3 shipping days (Mon-Fri except holidays)..
We try to ship the majority of all orders on the same day they are placed, and the balance including overseas orders the next day. To aid same day processing, place your order before 2 p.m. MST and if a rush order indicate what day you require your order in the special instructions section of your order.

Once your payment is approved we will email you the redemption instructions to forward to the recipient, either electronically or by mail. In a blink of an eye you'll transmit your gift, including your own salutation, which they can redeem for whatever they want immediately.

Unless specified "Priority Mail" U.S. orders will be shipped either Standard Mail, attempting to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Please no P.O. boxes. Priority Mail orders are restricted to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Isles, and Guam, plus US embassies, army, and navy addresses, unless approved in advance.
Please e-mail us for shipping and handling quotes for volume orders greater than 20 pounds, or delivery to foreign countries. International orders require payment in advance by an International Postal Money Order.
Most orders will be shipped promptly within one or two business days of receipt. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery. If your order needs special handling to receive it on a certain date, please post that notification to us in the special messages entry of our order form, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
